Digital Kitchen worked with the Microsoft University Recruiting team to create a campaign for the upcoming school year that acknowledges the exciting changes going on at Microsoft — and to inspire the maker in everyone. The campaign focuses on the real people behind the products that millions use everyday, with an emphasis on getting their hands dirty, collaborating, and taking risks. We produced the strategy, design, and final deliverables of a recruiting kit that included digital and printed components for recruiters to use during all touch points of the recruiting experience.
