Digital Kitchen created a dynamic new website to help turn prospects into investors.
With an overall objective of converting prospects into investors, we established one primary goal for the UX of Origin’s new site: Make people feel in control of their real estate investments by giving them easy access to outstanding opportunities, expert guidance and critical information.
We needed the confidence generated by that UX to convert more investors. To achieve it, we reorganized the site’s architecture to better distinguish primary content from secondary, and to showcase their best-in-class investment portal. We gave the site more persuasive power by connecting each of Origin’s competencies with the advantage it gives investors. We aligned the site’s design with Origin’s new brand identity to strike the right balance of trustworthy expertise and friendly guidance. And we pinpointed strong calls-to-action across the site so as prospects’ interest and confidence grows, there’s always a clear place to convert them into investors.
