The motion designer must have in-depth knowledge of both 3D and 2D creative executions. As well as creating high quality work, they must be conceptual in their thinking and creative in their solutions. Their role is to work with his or her fellow Artists on a variety of high-quality pitch concepts and production projects across a variety of industries and mediums.
On any give day you
Execute on top quality creative work on a variety of motion design projects.
Work on projects spanning show titles and packaging, experiential, brand design, promos, broadcast spots and more.
Generate inspirational, conceptual and creative ideas with the rest of the design team.
Create, design, and animate, in collaboration with others or individually.
Work on wholly original projects, or within existing style-guides.
Present concepts and designs to the team and make recommendations where appropriate.
The ideal candidate
Previous Motion / Design Studio experience.
Detail oriented, proactive & organized.
Is hungry to learn and grow from being in a premium creative environment.
Has outstanding industry knowledge.
Communicates well with others.
Is both creatively and technically proficient, with the ability to take projects from development to final production; laser-focused on the details and bringing the client brief to life.
You bring
3+ years of experience in 3D and 2D production.
Proficiency in Cinema 4D and / or Maya, After Effects and the CS suite.
Other skills such as editorial, music production, illustration, or concept art are welcomed.
